Should you be unfortunate enough to have a problem with a mobility product, or require any help, advice or assistance, then don't hesitate in contacting us.  One of our helpful fully qualified service technicians will be available to assist you in your enquiry.  All our work is guaranteed, and carried-out with the minimum of fuss.

We undertake repairs and servicing on a whole range of mobility products from wheelchairs to mobility scooters.  You are welcome to bring your item into our store, or alternatively we can arrange collection if you live within the Blackburn, Darwen or surrounding areas for a very low cost.

If your mobility scooter has been purchased through Choice Mobility, and is within its 12 month guarantee, then we will  -

• Collect & Deliver – We will collect, repair, and deliver your mobility scooter to you at a convenient time free of charge.

• Repair – No charge will be made with regards to any labour time spent repairing or replacing any part covered under warranty.

• Parts – Any parts that are under warranty, required to get you back on the road, will be replaced free of charge within 12 months of the date of purchase.

• Valeting - Mobility scooters will be cleaned and valeted prior to their return free of charge.
